IT for the Hybrid World

David Nicoll led the technology aspects of a 3 year programme to co-locate over 30,000 staff to new offices up to 2020.

At that time, technologies were being implemented to make it easier for people to work flexibly both within the office and for those teams where some were working at home and others in the office.

In particular there were developments in AV and other meeting room systems that facilitated the ability of the people in a business to participate in teamwork whether at home or in the office.

What was happening some of the time is now the norm with the impact of Covid-19 and David is working with Europe’s leading AV systems integration business Snelling Business Systems to use Audio Visual systems to support office redevelopment for Hybrid working in a way which optimises teamwork and engagement both at home and from the office.
